Starting with a dream of becoming an architect, Ömer Kerim Rado has changed his direction by studying engineering in the USA which he afterwards finalised with a management graduation from the UCLAN University in England.

Between 2005-2011 he worked in the marketing management team of MSO and later of IPO, where he supported the planning and execution of all smallest to the biggest national as well as international events at the Istanbul Park. Amongst these events were Formula1, DTM (Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters), Le Mans Series, WTCC (World Touring Car Championship) ve MotoGP (Motorcycle Grandprix) as well as countless numbers of product and brand launches, vendor meetings, test driving activities, ad shootings and concerts.

Later on in 2012 he joined a new established event company where he managed different meetings, events, product launches in all its aspects.

Born on an august morning in Germany Frankfurt, Figen Ekinci moved back and forth between Turkey and Germany until the university years which lead her to grow up with a German approach. After gaining the pre-diploma from the University of Cologne, she graduated from the Bilgi University with a BA Business Administration degree.

Focusing on her love towards marketing she has been gaining in-depth experience in the area of marketing and brand management in different sectors for more than 15 years.

Between 2003-2007 she worked as the Business Development and Marketing Manager of OMD Turkey, one of the world leading media agencies, where she served clients such as Ülker, Beko, Arçelik, Koç Grroup Companies, YKB, TEB, who were and still are amongst the leading advertisers of Turkey. Afterwards she joined Quintessentially as the Corporate Marketing and Business Development Director. During this period she managed the ‘Lifestyle Management Services’ of the private clients of the leading brands such as Garanti Bank, American Express, TEB and Beymen. Her responsibilities varied from campaign creation to event management, including all marketing and business development activities.

Since 2008 she continues her work as a marketing and brand consultant.
